Surface Laptop 2 completed the install. I then checked Windows Update. Restart and W10 SP5 finished, restarted and had W10 On a Surface Pro 3, it wasn't showing up via updates.

Seems that way. I tried to manually update our HP desktop in the living room using the upgrade assistant Windows update shows no updates available.
